Pregnancy & Postnatal Teacher Training
MOVE Pilates Academy has developed a Pregnancy and postpartum course with Women's Health physio Caitlin Pender that aligns, and is consistently updated with the latest research for our pregnant and postnatal women.
Our one day course is designed for instructors who want to feel confident in modifying for pre and postnatal clients on the mat and on the reformer during a regular pilates class.

Our two-day course is designed for instructors, physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, who want to gain confidence in specializing in Pre & Postnatal classes on both the reformer and mat. You'll learn the key techniques for safely and effectively supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, ensuring you can lead these specialised classes with expertise and confidence.

Our MOVE Pre & Postnatal Courses are created and presented by Womens Health Physio Caitlin Pender from Her. Womens health.
Caitlin is also a Birth Doula, and Pre & Postnatal Pilates & Yoga instructor.
After supporting hundreds of women with their pelvic health (including herself in her pregnancy & postpartum), Caitlin has used Pilates as an essential tool with women through their pregnancy and postnatal season to support their adapting body, nourish their pregnancy, and recover after birth for women ranging from ‘normal’ to severe pelvic health injuries.
