Anatomy Essentials
Build the foundation for everything that follows.
Anatomy Essentials introduces the fundamentals of functional anatomy and how the body moves, giving you the knowledge to teach Pilates safely, confidently, and with purpose.
You’ll develop a deeper understanding of movement so you can move beyond memorising exercises and start teaching with intention.
This course is a prerequisite for our Matwork and Reformer certifications.
Reformer Essentials
Become a confident, capable, and certified Reformer Pilates instructor.
Develop the skills to teach with clarity and purpose, while building a deep understanding of movement, intentional class design, and how to create both classical and contemporary flows that keep clients engaged and coming back.

Matwork Essentials
