The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and over, residing in Australia.

Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Move Pilates Academy and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Participants must enrol in a Move Pilates Academy course for 2025 to qualify for entry.

The giveaway begins on 18th December 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on 30 January 2025.

To enter, participants must enrol in a Move Pilates Academy course for the 2025 intake before the promotion end date. No additional purchase or activity is required. Each participant is limited to one entry.

The prize is one (1) Oura Ring (estimated value: AUD 800). The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be announced via Instagram Story on 31 January 2025. The winner will also be contacted directly via email or phone provided during course enrolment.

This giveaway complies with all applicable laws and regulations. By entering, participants agree to release and hold Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram) harmless from any liability. Facebook and Instagram are not sponsors of this giveaway.

Failure to respond within the stipulated time may result in forfeiture of the prize, and another winner will be selected.

Move Pilates Academy reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the giveaway at any time if circumstances arise outside its control.
